A handy exercise is to keep a notepad at your desk for one week. Make a note of tasks that you: Would like someone else to handle, really don’t like to do, and find take time away from what you do best and make you feel bogged down.


How do we work together from a distance? What equipment do I need?
It's easy. all you need is office equipment that you probably already have such as a phone, fax, computer, and Internet connection. You'll be amazed at what can be accomplished, whether we're next door or thousands of miles apart!


What equipment & software are used?

Both PC and Apple computers with plenty of computing power and fireproof backup; a wide variety of Apple, Microsoft, Microsoft Office, Adobe and other software; color scanners/printers; high-speed internet access.
Other: We have experience using many types of software and have acquired new software to duplicate what our clients use. We do our own hardware/software installations and upgrades and can advise you on yours as well.


How much will it cost?

Generally, we charge by the hour, but we do offer discounts for our retainer accounts and work on a per-project basis. We’ll be happy to give you a quote, just call or email to discuss your needs. We are a business and we pay all of our own operating expenses, including taxes. All you pay for is the time we spend doing the work you need done. This is a sizable financial advantage over hiring a traditional support employee because you never pay for down time, health insurance or other incidental costs. You pay only for the time YOU need without the burden of overhead. As one of our clients said, "When I work with you, I have more time and make more money."

We talk on the phone about your business and schedule, and discuss what tasks we can do to provide support for you. You may want to start slowly and have us handle a few things, and go from there. Or, you may want us to jump in and handle the bulk of administrative tasks that have been weighing you down. Whatever YOU are comfortable with. I think you’ll be surprised at just how much we can handle for you, and how easy it is to get started.


Once we have decided to work together, we will send a contract that will serve as a legal document for our business agreement. It will clearly state our business relationship. Then we're ready to get started!
